Session of the World Heritage
Committee Meeting, held from
July 21-31, 2024 in New Delhi,
Project PARI (Public Art of India)
an initiative of the Ministry of
Culture, Government of India,
has been initiated by Lalit
Kala Akademi and National
Gallery of Modern Art. PARI
seeks to elevate Delhi's cultural
and aesthetic landscape by
merging India's traditional
Lok Kala and Lok Sanskriti
with contemporary themes.
With more than 150 visual
artists being invited from all
over the country it aims at
enriching the capital's historic
legacy and enhancing its
aesthetic outlook
