“If we hadn’t joined the
          service   organisation    and
          received this training, we would
          still  be  working  in  the  fields
          today. Because of this training,
          we have come so far. In the
          beginning,  when we  went  to
          install solar panels, people
          didn’t  even  believe  that  girls
          could do such work! Once, a
          woman even refused to let us
          enter her house. But when she
          saw  us operating  a  hammer
          drill and installing panels, she
          was amased.”
              Today, Payal and her group
          have installed solar systems at   thousands   of   women    like
