weaving Paithani saree
and gave training to
300 ladies. I helped
them get benefits from

government schemes
that were not known to
them. Because of this
contribution, my name
was mentioned in 'Mann ki Baat' about which I felt very good. I did this
work so that weavers can get what they deserve. But I never realised

that with such small work, I would get such a big
acknowledgement from Modi ji. It felt so good to
learn that Modi ji equally acknowledges small
weavers and artisans also.”
