Bastar Olympics is not just a
sports event but a platform for
talent and development that
manifests the spirit of a new
and vibrant India. The stories
of these players demonstrate
the transformative power of
sports, turning challenges into
victories and encouraging the
youth to fulfil their dreams with
determination.

I participated in the javelin throw in the Bastar
Olympics. Prime Minister Narendra Modi lauded
me by mentioning my name in 'Mann ki Baat'. I
felt wonderful. I want to say that Modi Ji should
keep inspiring people like this so that the people
who live in the villages can showcase their
talent.
Payal Kawasi won the gold medal in javelin
throw in the Bastar Olympics

I was elated because, despite my rural background,
I participated in archery at the Bastar Olympics
and performed well. Through this event, my name
reached out to Delhi, our Prime Minister, and he
mentioned my name. So I felt happy that though
we hail from a small village, we can become big
players. We can participate in big events.
